The first phase is an interview with the client/architect to understand their needs, colour mood and style in order to narrow down the selection of furniture in the world of design and the materials that are more appropriate.
We present the client with a moodboard that is a summary of what we discussed in the interview and that shows the client the style that will be used with colours and finishes. This moodboard usually includes photos of the style and colours as well as real life samples of woods, marbles, metals and carpets that will be used to create the atmosphere discussed.
We select the furniture required and the finishes and prepare a 3d preview of them in a model of the project. This phase also includes any revisions that are necessary after discussing the final project with the client. Once all the changes have been made and approved we go on to the next step.
Once the client approves the selection made we move on to the next step, producing all the items. This includes either ordering them if you have selected branded furniture or having them made in the case of custom made furniture.
Once the items are ready we organise the shipping. First the items are carefully packed and crated in order to ensure they don’t get damaged during delivery. Then we organise the shipping that can be either by air or sea, street level or white glove.
For us this is a very important phase as we assist the cliente during all the phases whether its during the installation or after. Our claims department makes sure customer satisfaction is the main objective.
